Environmental News & Information

On July 9th, 2019 the annual Mayors Curb Appeal Award was given to 1604 Borton. This yard and home were judged by Mayor Scott Wittbrodt, Committee Chair Tim Weiler and City Manager Hansford and selected for the overall improvement that was made to both the home and yard. The well balanced landscaping and tidy appearance is an asset to the City. Our thanks to Van Octeghems Farm and Greenhouse for being sponsors and providing the $100 gift certificate and beautiful plants to the winner. There were also four Honorable Mentions and ten homes receiving congratulatory letters.
